Paul Cronin Testimonial

“Bernie Traurig is an exceptionally talented and successful National/International rider and trainer who shares with us his system of riding and schooling horses. These high quality video presentations are brimming with straightforward instruction, excellent demonstrations, and insightful comments. They are a valuable resource for teachers, serious riders, and for a range of Educational Equestrian Programs.
Based on the American Forward Riding System, EquestrianCoach.com is currently the most important contribution to college equine-education curricula in this 21st century. With his focus being toward a quality performance over jumps as the main objective in his flatwork schooling, Traurig shows us, step by step, the modern schooling of the horse to improve movement, balance, and agility. His riders illustrate correct position, based upon the stirrup, and effective aids on the flat, as well as over fences.
Throughout, we see the rider’s controls applied and demonstrated in a technique appropriate to the level of schooling being demonstrated. Riders from Novice to Advanced will find this complete system of Riding and Schooling invaluable.”

Your website is a great resource, I refer to it almost daily. Also I think it is beyond awesome that you are making yourself available for questions from regular folks, amazing!
Thank you EquestrianCoach for your video segment on "How to land on the correct lead". We did this yesterday with my daughters pony and they nailed it 100% of the time. I never learned it this way and was so excited to continue my education. Your video segments are the best. Thanks again.
What I like best about EquestrianCoach.com is the easy access to coaches, clinics, lessons, blogs and training articles that can be found on the site. A tremendous plus to those of us training on a budget that would not normally allow us the ability to clinic with some of these great trainers.
I love this site because it helps me have new teaching techniques that I can pass on to my students!! Its so great having new ideas that are well explained by Equestrian Coach!! This site ROCKS!! 🙂
I love getting a early morning dose of EquestrianCoach.com! Thanks Bernie Traurig and all the featured trainers/coaches and staff of EC. The lunge lesson with Val Renihan is going to be a great PE class for my daughter this year during our homeschooling!
I love the whole concept of EquestrianCoach.com!! I especially love all the great gymnastic/grid work ideas. My horse loves gymnastics and I am always looking for new and interesting challenges for us. Because I usually have to meet my trainer at shows, I love that there is a site available to turn to which gives me "homework" to work on between shows or lessons with my trainer. Thank you for such a wonderful site!
My horse Cocoa and I love about EquestrianCoach.com! Especially that I can go to any video posted on the site about any concerns I have , and get many ideas on exercises. I love the site all the way around but enjoy the videos the most since they are beyond helpful to us. 🙂 Cocoa agrees. Thank you EquestrianCoach!!
"I sat down to watch one video, and an hour later I had watched about five,” said Steve McAllister of Martin McAllister Training about his introduction to EquestrianCoach.com. “Jenni and I told all our clients that they need to subscribe, and that first night of viewing videos I signed up for a year. Bernie supports what we teach, and I learned things that will help me coach my riders better and prepare my horses better."
Thank you so much to Bernie - I used his suggestions yesterday on BOTH my horses (I have another TB that gets hot over fences but not nearly as complicated as the one I asked about) and Bernie’s suggestions are helping level him out too!!! I am so grateful for this amazing site, and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be a better rider, horse person; can’t wait to one day ride with Bernie in person!!
I really enjoy the information given on Equestrian Coach, as well as the quality and ease of use for all the videos. This means a lot to me owning a video production company! I put into practice much of the exercises with my horse and have found them so beneficial!
My favorite thing about EquestrianCoach, besides all of the news and great positive instruction available, is the old video footage of great horses and performances from the past. Then there are the video comparisons of different disciplines of riding....I think it is always great for people to see that good training & riding transcends the type of saddle you sit on. I could go on and on...
What a terrific site... It's like being able to enroll in the "Jumper University" of my dreams...
I love your website, as a rider who can't afford the traditional form of coaching, EquestrianCoach allows me access to top coaches without breaking my bank account. A bonus to watching videos and "doing it yourself" is that is encourages critical thinking.
EquestrianCoach.com is genius. Thank you Bernie Traurig, everyone at EquestrianCoach and the gracious trainers who guest coach, sharing the secrets of true horsemanship with us all. To be a true Equestrian requires a continuing dedication to education. Who better to learn from then the most talented and inspiring professionals of our time. I want to express my gratitude for this thoughtfully produced rider reference. The wealth of knowledge provided is a tremendous contribution to our entire sport. I have no doubt the lasting impression your site will have on countless generations of horseman. This website is, in my opinion, the biggest, most admirable contribution to the world of sport horses we have ever seen. Words fail. Thank you all!! 🙂
I love all the valuable information that this site has provided for me. It is great!!
I love that a site like EquestrianCoach exists. When you're on a layoff from riding due to various reasons, (school, family priorities, monetary issues, injury etc.) I still feel connected to my passion/lifestyle and feel like I'm always learning something.
What I like best about EquestrianCoach.com: Short educational videos PACKED with useful information. Easy to navigate site. Variety of coach input. Keeps my lesson plans fresh while building on the basics.
My favorite thing about EquestrianCoach is all the amazing videos and the amazing riders and trainers! These video topics are so helpful and useful to anyone who rides! Beginner to Grand Prix! They are easy to relate to and you will always find something to learn or something to fix! For example in this picture if your horse decides to 'dolphin' like this, then having good balance and position is needed and these videos show so many great ways to build on that!!! That is why I LOVE EquestrianCoach!
The quality of instruction on EquestrianCoach is just superb. What an amazing resource!!! And MUCH needed, to be sure. I’m back in the saddle after a 20 year hiatus, and as a Pony Clubber who grew up admiring The Great Riders, and Coaches, of decades past, have been less than impressed by the current general level of knowledge and apparent dwindling understanding of Horsemanship overall. A wonderful site for any level of rider who wants to learn correctly. I wish you all continued success!
My favorite thing about the site is that any time I have a question or issue while schooling horses at work, I can find the answer from these videos! I am learning from the best, riders that I look up to and who's footsteps I am following, and I would not have that opportunity without EquestrianCoach.com! We are never finished learning about horses, and this site (by having new videos and topics all the time) is never finished sharing their knowledge with us 🙂 Thank you!!
