If you have 20 or more students:
1) Fill out the form below. After your information has been processed, you will be sent an basic agreement to sign stating you intend to have 20 or more students sign up for the program.
2) You will be sent requested Coach Packs within 2 weeks.

1) Fill out the form below. After your information has been processed, you will be sent an basic agreement to sign stating you intend to have 20 or more students sign up for the program.
2) You will be sent requested Coach Packs within 2 weeks.
3) You will provide us the number of student packs required once you know the number.
4) At that time, you will collect payment from your students for the program. Fee is $100 per student. For payment, you can either have the students make checks out directly to us, or we can bill you or your school the full amount of requested student packs and you can have the students pay you or your school directly. You will be sent further instruction on how to make payments after registration. We accept checks and all major credit cards.
5) Once payment is submitted or guaranteed, we will send you by email student activation codes they can use to access the site immediately.
6) Students/coaches can be added throughout the semester following the same process.
